The Martin Las Vegas

The Martin Las Vegas is a luxury condo located on 4471 Dean Martin Drive (SCROLL DOWN FOR LISTINGS). It used to be known as Panorama North and was originally constructed as part of the Panorama Towers development. Construction of Panorama Tower I was completed in 2006, Panorama Tower II in 2007, and Panorama North/The Martin in 2008. On the photo below The Martin is the tower on the far right.

The Martin Condo

The Martin deserves its separate branding as it has distinctive characteristics: not only is it taller than the other towers, but it has also seen a more upscale clientele gravitate towards it than Panorama I and II. Panorama I and II are both 33 stories/420 feet high. The Martin has 45 floors and is 500 feet high. There are also plans for a fourth tower of 550 feet, but this is on hold due to the current supply/demand imbalance in Las Vegas luxury condos.
