Lakeside Village Overview
Lakeside Village is a small community of 90 homes located just off Charleston and Buffalo. It is restricted to residents of 55 and older, and one of the reasons for its popularity is its location next to Boca Park. This part of Las Vegas is very well developed and there is plenty of retail and restaurants nearby. The 90 homes are made up of townhomes and villas, all of which are single storey, and range in size from 1,360 to 1,906 square feet. Around half of the properties are townhomes and half are villas.
Lakeside Village is gated and in addition to a pool and clubhouse has RV and boat parking. The current HOA fees are $230 per month (please contact us for the latest information as this fee is subject to change). Within this fee the HOA takes care of all landscaping, roofing and home exteriors. This maintains a uniform and attractive look, and relieves homeowners of major maintenance issues. The landscaping include small streams and waterfalls which run through residents’ yards.
This community is more intimate than the large-scale master-planned alternatives, and has a great location only six miles from the Strip and just east of Summerlin. The homes in Lakeside Village were built in the late 1980s and they have open floorplans with vaulted ceilings.
There are a number of golf courses nearby, with the nearest being Badlands. The nearest cost effective option is Angel Park, and the most exclusive is the private Canyon Gate Country Club. Many Lakeside Village residents end up making Angel Park their second home and spend their days on one of its two regulation courses, and evenings on the lighted executive 12 hole course.
